Holistic therapy offers a break from the confines of more traditional therapeutic methods that don't always allow for people to make real changes in their lives. After a comprehensive intake, I often make referrals to other health practitioners. This is always optional, but I aim to provide as many spaces for people to find their ideal health as possible!
