I’ve been a practicing psychotherapist for over a decade, and while I’m conventionally trained, I’ve always subscribed to the philosophy that a holistic and humanistic approach is the most effective way to support my clients. I look forward to helping you achieve greater emotional, mental, and relational well-being. When not working, I spend my time with friends and family, traveling, knitting, cooking, reading, and creating various ceramic pieces. I love plants and exploring new places.
